The mobile app allows you to quickly and easily see how many time-sensitive To-Dos you have, view a filterable list of your To-Dos, edit your existing To-Dos, and create new To-Dos.

To access To-Dos from My 90 on mobile:

  • Tap the Overdue button to view a list of your past due To-Dos.
  • Tap the due this week button to view your To-Dos to complete this week.

Viewing To-Do Lists

Your mobile To-Dos list displays action items you've assigned to yourself in Ninety or that someone from your organization has assigned to you.

By selecting the filter icon in the upper right corner of the screen, you can apply different filters to your To-Dos list, including:

  • Team
  • Status (All, Complete, Incomplete, Pending)
  • Due time frame (All, Today, This Week, Overdue)
  • Private (On/Off)

After selecting one or more filters, tap Apply Filters to activate them for your list. The bottom sheet will automatically retract, revealing your newly filtered list of To-Dos below it.

By selecting Due Date in the top right corner of the screen, you can sort the list by the due dates approaching, with the soonest at the top (upward arrow) or at the bottom (downward arrow).

To the right of To-Dos at the top left of the screen is a numerical counter displaying how many To-Dos you have in the list (which varies with filters applied).

Tap Clear all filters to remove all filters and see all your To-Dos.

Swipe left on any To-Do to instantly mark it complete.

  • Attachments (By tapping on the paperclip icon, you can attach either a document or photo from the library, or open the camera to take a photo)
  • Comments (Tap inside of the text box to start typing out a comment where it says, “Ask a question or post an update…” Then select the paper airplane icon on the far right side of the text box to post the comment.)

Once you're done editing the To-Do, tap the Save button in the lower right corner to save your changes and return to the main To-Dos list. If you want to revert your changes back to the previous state (prior to when you started editing the To-Do), you can do so by tapping the Revert button in the lower right corner of the screen.

You can delete a To-Do by selecting the garbage can icon in the lower left corner of the screen. You will be asked if you want to delete the To-Do and given options to either Cancel or Yes, delete To-Do.
