How to Join Ninety's Beta Program

Ninety's Beta Program is open to all users and provides access to the latest Ninety features for testing.

The Ninety Product Team emails all users or pushes an in-app message when new features are released. Click below or contact your client success team through chat or email to join. Beta enrollment can take up to three business days to process. Leaving the Beta Program is just as easy — contact our CS Team, and we'll handle everything.

AI-powered Scorecard® Optimizer

Maz, Ninety's AI assistant, can analyze your team's weekly Scorecard® and recommend improvements to your Measurables. Read Optimizing Your Scorecard with Maz to learn more.

Available to: All beta users.

AI-powered meeting prep emails

Maz can send meeting prep emails ahead of your Level 10 Meeting® to help your team arrive ready. This feature is in a closed beta testing group. Contact our support team or your customer success manager to learn more.

Available to: Closed beta group only.

Native Asana integration

Ninety's native Asana integration syncs your personal To-Dos bidirectionally between Ninety and Asana, no Zapier setup required. Seven attributes sync in both directions: task creation, deletion, assignee, title, due date, status, and description. Each user sets up their own connection from their User Settings.

Available to: Owners, Admins, Implementers, Managers, and Managees (Team Members) on the Accelerate or Thrive subscription plan, and who are in our beta program.

Native Todoist integration

Ninety's native Todoist integration syncs your personal To-Dos bidirectionally between Ninety and Todoist automatically. Seven attributes sync in both directions: task creation, deletion, assignee, title, due date, status, and description (with Markdown formatting preserved). Each user sets up their own connection from their User Settings.

Available to: Owners, Admins, Implementers, Managers, and Managees (Team Members) on any paid subscription plan, and who are in our beta program. Any Todoist plan (including the free tier) works on the Todoist side.

Public API (closed beta)

Ninety's Public API gives you programmatic access to the core resources you manage in Ninety: To-Dos, Issues, Rocks®, Milestones, Scorecard®, and Teams. Authenticate with a Personal Access Token (PAT) you generate in your User Settings. The API is currently in a closed beta for a hand-selected cohort of Thrive customers. General availability is planned for summer 2026.

Available to: Owners, Admins, Implementers, Managers, and Managees (Team Members) on the Thrive subscription plan, and who are in our beta program. Observers cannot generate tokens.
