The Ninety Mobile App is a simple, easy-to-use version of the Ninety platform specifically designed for mobile devices that allows you to stay connected with your team and manage your daily tasks and work activities anytime, anywhere. Whether you're tracking Rock completion, checking off to-dos, completing a Quarterly Discussion, or launching an assessment, the mobile app ensures that everything you need is at your fingertips.

The Mobile App accelerates company growth by enabling team members at all levels to take action on key priorities, complete daily tasks from anywhere, collaborate seamlessly and stay aligned with strategic goals — driving efficiency, accountability, and real-time decision-making on the go.

The mobile app is designed for anyone who needs to stay engaged with their organization on-the-go, including:

How to Get Started

  1. Download the App: During our beta program, you'll need to fill out this form to receive access to the app.
  2. Log In: Use your Ninety credentials to sign in.
  3. Explore the My 90 Homepage: Navigate through your My 90 view to see the number of To-Dos, Rocks, Issues, and Milestones you must complete. 
  4. Use the Global Controls: Use the navigation panel at the bottom of your screen to move between My 90, To-Dos, Issues, Rocks, and People. Also, use the Create (+) button in the lower left corner to create To-Dos, launch new Assessments, and prepare for new Quarterly Discussions.

 

Test Flight Beta Requirement

For iOS users, the Ninety mobile app operates through Test Flight, an app Apple uses for facilitating beta programs. Download Test Flight from the app store to access your beta trial of our mobile app.

Yes, there are several differences between the mobile and desktop versions of Ninety. Our mobile app is designed to bring some of our most-used productivity features to mobile devices, primarily to help out-of-office team members stay up to date and productive.

The mobile app also allows you to view all your To-Dos and Issues across several teams on a single list.

 
 

Can I use the app offline?

No, an internet connection is required to sync updates in real-time.

 
 

What is the “My 90” section in the mobile app?

The My 90 page in the mobile app acts as the home page for your mobile Ninety experience. It provides a personalized view of your assigned Rocks, To-Dos, and Issues in one place.

 
 

Can I add users in the mobile app?

No, you cannot add users in the mobile app.

 
 

How do I create a new Issue on mobile?

To create an Issue on the mobile app, tap the "+" button, select "New Issue," enter details, and save.

 
 

Can I resolve or archive Issues from the app?

Yes, swipe left on an Issue to mark it complete or archive it. You can also tap the Issue to open its details and then change its status to complete.

 
 

Can I mark a Rock as complete from the mobile app?

No, you cannot change the status of a Rock on the mobile app, but you can mark Milestones as complete.

 
 

How do I start a Quarterly Discussion on mobile?

To start a Quarterly Discussion on mobile, navigate to "People" and tap "Quarterly Discussions" to start or review a discussion.

 
 

How do I complete an Assessment on mobile?

To complete an Assessment on mobile, go to "People," select "Assessments," and tap on any assigned assessment to complete it.

 
 

How do I access support from the app?

To access support on the mobile app:

  1. Tap My 90 on the navigation bar.
  2. Tap your profile icon.
  3. Tap Help & Support.
