The mobile app allows you to quickly and easily see how many high-priority and recent Issues you own, view a filterable list of short- and long-term Issues owned by members of your team(s), edit existing Issues, and add new Issues.

Tap Issues on the navigation bar to view the Issues tool on the mobile app.

To access Issues from My 90 on mobile:

  1. Tap the created in the last 24 hours button to view a list of your Issues created in the last 24 hours are listed.
  2. Tap the high-priority Issues button to view a list of your high-priority Issues.

Viewing Issues

There are two tabs near the top of this view that contain lists of different issues. You can move between the two lists to view different issues. In addition, you are able to view a counter that represents the number of Issues in each list (which varies with filters applied):

  • Short-Term
  • Long-Term

By selecting the filter icon in the upper right corner of the screen, you can apply different filters to your Issues list (both Short-Term and Long-Term), including:

  • Team
  • Priority (1-5)
  • Status (All, Solved, Unsolved)
  • Created (All, Last 24 Hours, Last 7 Days)
  • Show Archived (On/Off)

Once you select the filters you want, tap Apply filters. To remove all filters, tap the filters icon, then tap the Clear all filters button.

By selecting “Priority” in the top right corner of the screen, you can sort the list by the priority levels closest to 5 at the bottom (upward arrow) or at the top (downward arrow).

To the right of “Issues” at the top left of the screen is a numerical counter that shows the number of Issues in either the Short-Term or Long-Term list (depending on which you have selected).

Swipe left on any Issue to instantly mark it complete.
