Accessing Help and Support from the App

Instant help and support are available in the mobile app to ensure you can easily navigate the different features.

To access help and support:

1. Tap on your Avatar in the upper right corner of your screen.
2. Tap Help & Support from the dropdown to access support.

From there, you can:

• Chat with a support chatbot or live expert
• Visit the Ninety Help Center for articles with step-by-step instructions
• Learn about new features recently released
• Check Ninety's system status
