Sharing the Vision
The Leadership Team's Vision page has an option to Share Vision with All Teams. This function allows all teams to see the Leadership Team's Vision from their individual team page.
Note: If a Vision section has been cascaded to all teams, it can't be edited by individual teams.
For more on this tool, check out the 90u Library. |
When on the Leadership Team Vision page (and only the Leadership Team), find Share Vision with All Teams. Turn it on by toggling to the right. This allows all teams to see the Leadership Team's Vision.
Other Teams View
When View Leadership Vision is toggled on through the team's page, you see the Leadership Team's Vision. If View Leadership Vision is toggled off, you see all cascaded Vision sections and your team's individual Vision sections.
Cascaded sections have a Leadership flag on the top right of the widget. Editable sections have a Pencil icon on the top right of the widget. You can edit any sections that haven't been cascaded.
Long-Term Issues
The Long-Term Issues section of the Vision tool is unique because each Long-Term Issue must be individually given the ability to be seen through a Public toggle.
By default, Issues aren't public, so you must select the Public toggle (only visible on Long-Term Issues) to permit it to be shared when other teams view the Leadership Team Vision.
SWOT
The SWOT tab follows the same rules. Every team can have its own. Sharing the Leadership Team's Vision also shares that content.
