1-on-1 Insights Page
Use the 1-on-1 Insights Page to see your team's completion of Quarterly and Annual Discussions, ratings in exhibiting the organization's Core Values, and how well your team members view your leadership and coaching abilities. Drill-Ins and More Details
Click the diagonal arrows on the top right of any card on the 1-on-1 Insights page to see more details and drill into the data that populated the graphic shown.
Watch the video below for an overview.
Use the Discussion type, Manager, date range, and calendar filters to locate the data you want to analyze.
Discussion Type
Use this filter to choose the Quarterly or Annual Discussion type.
Manager
The Manager dropdown displays different information for users depending on their permissions level.
- Admins and Owners can select all to view data from all managers in your account or select an individual manager from the dropdown.
- Managers cannot adjust this dropdown.
- Team members and Observers cannot view the 1-on-1 page in Insights.
Date Range Filter
The options shown in the date range filter include:
- Previous Quarter
- Current Quarter
- YTD (year to date)
- Custom (requires you to select a start and end date in the calendar filter)
The insights displayed will correspond to the selected time period, specifically from the beginning of the quarter to the end of that quarter (not the current month).
Please note that if you conducted a quarterly conversation this month for the previous quarter, it will be counted within that review period, not based on when it was completed.
The 1-on-1 page has several information cards (sometimes called widgets) to help you review your teams' responses from Discussions help using our 1-on-1 tool. Read through the tabs below for more information.
Discussion Rate
The Discussion Rate card displays the status of your Discussions. You can see how many are completed and how many have been created but have yet to be completed.
We display conversations based on the period or quarter the review covers, not when they're scheduled and completed.

LAC Assessment
The LAC Assessment card separately displays your reported score(s) and your team member's scores on your leadership and coaching abilities.
The Self-assessment score shows the average score the leader has reported for themself during each Discussion. While the Team score displays an average of each team members reported score. We calculate this percentage by first assigning 5 points to “yes” responses, 3 points to “maybe” responses, and 1 point to “no” responses.
